We can see patients who are located in Colorado, Utah, and Florida only. All visits are conducted via HIPAA-compliant telehealth video platform that you can access on your computer or smart phone. We offer a wide range of services to meet the healthcare needs of our patients. From sick visits to medication refills to chronic care visits, to hormone optimization, we've got you covered.
We do not accept insurance and are a self-pay practice only. Due to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, we regretfully cannot see patients covered by Medicare or Medicaid.
Heidi is a highly skilled board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is dedicated to providing the best possible care for the whole family. Heidi has 20 years of experience in the health care world, with 5 years of experience as an NP. Heidi focuses on holistic patient-centered care and loves involving her patients in the decision making about their own care. Heidi offers telehealth same day appointments or next day and is open to receiving your appointment requests even if the scheduler does not show availability. Just ask!
