**If you are having chest pain or discomfort or a medical emergency, please call 911 or have someone take you to the nearest emergency room. We are a telehealth service and do not provide emergency treatment**

• Labs: we can order and interpret bloodwork 
• Chronic care management: high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, anxiety, depression, gout, etc. 
• We can serve as an interim medical provider while you are awaiting to establish care with a Primary Care Provider (PCP)

We have eliminated the hassles of insurance. All services are self-pay only. 

• $70: evaluation and management of acute illness or chronic condition
• $40: follow-up visit for same illness/condition within 7 days from initial visit
• $40: medication refill
• $40: "Doctor's note"
• Lab work: prices vary depending on tests ordered; our prices may be lower than what you would pay with insurance! Cost of lab work is in addition to an evaluation visit ($70)
